Flashcards

Flashcards can help you study and remember words you want to learn.

You can make flashcards using small paper cards: On the front side of each card, write a word or phrase you want to learn. On the back side, write the meaning or translation.

Hi!

I found the "Learn these words first" article in HackerNews.

It is a really nice idea!

Do you have any plans to build an app based on these concepts?

I believe it would be a really nice learning tool, not only for English, but multiple languages.

Keep up the great work!

Thanks for your comment.

An offline app for the dictionary would be useful. It would also be nice to have additional quiz questions and stories written using the 360-word lesson vocabulary. (If you can help develop any of these things, let me know.)

Work has started on a similar Spanish non-circular dictionary, and there has been some discussion about French and Chinese versions as well.

Best regards, David
